Whole Grain Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 cup Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
1 1/4 cups oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Mix.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
