Corn Bread Cookies

1/2 cup Whole Grain Sartaj Flour Corn Flour
1 1/2 cups Tecumseh White Wheat Flour
3/4 cups Sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well.

Add the Sartaj Flour Corn flour and Sartaj Flour White Wheat Flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well.

Bake for 8-12 minutes.
