Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/2 cups Sartaj Soft White Whole Grain Wheat Flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup softened butter
1 tblsp vanilla essence
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies (or desired amount)
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix the butter, both sugars and vanilla in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda.
Combine the butter mixture to the flour mixture and knead together in the bowl. When mixed, the texture will be crumbly.
Add the eggs, one at a time. The eggs will bring it to a doughy texture.
Add the chocolate chips.
Place spoons of dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
