Chickpea (Chocolate Chip) Cookies
2 cups Sartaj Pure Chickpea Flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine Sartaj Pure Chickpea Flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl mix the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Use a tablespoon to place batter on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until dark brown.
