Whole Wheat, Whole Grain Bread
4 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tblsp. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 tblsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water
Add ingredients to bread machine baking pan as follows: Water, oil, salt, brown sugar, flour, dry milk.
Add the yeast last by making a small well with your finger. Do not go too deep as to touch the liquid.
Place pan in bread machine and select “Whole Wheat” cycle.
